Seriously for all these idi0ts complaining “my food was too cold” “my food arrived late” “my food was delivered to the wrong door” blah blah blah STFU ALREADY! How does Uber on this site have 95% bad reviews yet people are still ordering! Stop with the bad reviews! It’s not the drivers fault! Ive spoken to many drivers and have seen it... it’s the restaurant fault literally 95% of the time lma0 restaurants can get busy and take their sweet time. Now if you don’t know how hard it is to work as a delivery driver or work at a restaurant I suggest you STFU and eat your damn food!
Look, UBEREATS, you're usually on the money - right now, you're McDonald's interface is broken for McNuggets. How? 1.) When (not If - it's Required) I select a sauce for McNuggets of 10pcs or higher - the software defaults to both sauces being the first selection. 2.) There is a "Second Selection" drop-down option you can attempt to expand, but there's Nothing under that - meaning that, until this is Selected, you can not process a selection with "large-scale" Chiken McNuggets. I really hope the two parties can sort this out, for business- (and, for the consumers, financial- and dietary-) purposes; The sooner, the better for all three of us. Long story short order for mc Donald's half the food missing £40 order, contact McDonald's they said deal with eubereats, eubereats say speak to mc Donald's complete laughing stock, hope after coronavirus they go under fingers crossed

I used UberEats for the first time today to order subway. My order was missing 3 cookies but I contacted them straight away and they refunded it immediately. The rest of my order was perfect. Would definitely order again. I have worked in a restaurant who deals with JustEat and Deliveroo so I know how things work from the other side and I was very impressed with the service from UberEats.
Brilliant service I thought. Downloaded app . Easy to order order came within 15 mins totally satisfied will be using again
I order from a particular restaurant that only provides delivery through Uber eats. The restaurant is fine, it's Uber eats that sucks. Biggest gripe is customer service. Uber eats is another one of these companies that makes it virtually impossible to contact a real human being. I had a problem with their web interface randomly switching the language on their website. I tried to contact them to see if we could solve the problem. Not a chance. No contact email, no phone number, no nothing.
Customer service is a big thing for me. If your company is not willing to provide me with some sort of contact method, then you don't need and won't get my money. PERIOD!
Ive been using uber eats for 6 months or so and never have a problem getting reimbursed if something is missing or wrong. I also always receive a response when i file a complaint. I will pick uber eats over door dash anyday. Uber eats isnt responsible for the restaurant not packaging right but it seems uber eats gets packaged better then door dash and the packages are always sealed. And uber eats isnt responsible for missed/wrong items but they always take care of it and contact the restaurant. I can even change my tip if i feel the driver spilledMy stuff or it got here cold. I love uber eats!
Always had amazing experiences! They always give refunds & fast delivery!
Don't bother to complain, they will simply hang up further frustrating the experience of awful service.
DoorDash is friendly and efficient and gets the order down to the most minute detail.
Annoyed I couldn't order from my closest McDonald's. I can only assume it's because i live so close they're not allowed to charge delivery fee so forced me to order further. With that being said, the driver was very friendly and the food arrived earlier than expected.
95% of bad reviews... You guys are just amazing...Ok ubereats isn't perfect but most of the time the service is pretty good !Never had a problem with them (ok maybe just once) so far and I'll keep using it.
